Understanding the lack of Canadian data, not only on resident preferences but also their living experience overall, led the team to create the Canadian Multi-Residential Satisfaction Study (“CMRS”).
The 2025 report provides a high-level overview of sentiment, preferences on amenities, technology and design features from over 26,000 residents across Canada.
